May

May has been busy.  We are still adjusting to life with four children and everything is going so wonderfully.  I could not ask for sweeter children.

Shelley loves to make places for Talmage to lay down.  She has been such an amazing helper and just loves to hold her brother and help make him happy.

Daddy and Talmage taking a snoozer.
Because it is so hot outside and because I am not going to brave the pool with four children just yet, we brought out our little pool and play in it as well as the sprinklers a lot.  I feel badly the children don't get to swim more often like last summer but we are having fun with what we can do.

Shelley sporting her mask and flippers in her leotard ;)  Love this girl!
We love all of Mo Willem's books. They crack me up and all of us love reading them.
 What a cute bunch!

With just a little bit of silliness :)

 Brothers!
It just warms my heart knowing these two will have each other as they grow up.

 My little smiler!
Jorgen finished kindergarten!  He just loved this year of school and we are so proud of him and how hard he works and how wonderful he is.  Here he is with his carpool buddies and our neighbors, Tristan and Jordan.  They are like his big brothers.  We just love them!

A few random phone pictures:
This just shows how sleep deprived I was.  I never fall asleep anywhere except my bed.
Running in the sprinklers with goggles.  Cute girl!
My favorite picture from Jorgen.  He is such a charmer!
This is Elsie two minutes after coming home from church...
Shelley loves to draw and is getting really good at details...and apparently writing..."Shelley Am I" Funny! She sounds like Yoda.
This is Jorgen's soccer team at their trophy pool party.  We love soccer!

Shelley turns 4!

Our little lady Shells sure is growing up!  We celebrated her fourth birthday on May 7th.  She is such a sweet, loving, helpful little lady.  She requested a barbie princess cake for her birthday.  We love you ShelleyBean.
Shelley also wanted a birthday party with a bounce house.  We had a fun time celebrating with friends and bouncing all day long.

Talmage Craig

I was a week over due and the dr. wanted to induce me.  I was very hesitant because I was two weeks late with Elsie and the induction took forever! I much prefer to go natural, when the baby is ready.  But I decided to listen to my doctor and this induction went so smoothly.  We went in at night and the dr. broke my water at 8am the next morning and our little guy was born at 12:40pm.  Quick.

Had I known it would be so quick, I would have gone natural again...This is me, after finally getting an epidural.  Life was peachy!

About to get bathed...content for a moment.
Not loving his bath :(

Proud Daddy!

Jorgen got to come meet Talmage first.  A friend was watching him that lives close so she brought him by.  It was so fun having our sons meet!  Jorgen loved it!  He was so happy to hold Talmage and after he kissed him he asked, "can I touch his nose?" It was so funny!  He kept touching his nose; he was fascinated.

The girls stayed with Justin's brother, Matt, and Jene' brought them to meet Talmage the next morning.  They loved holding him and getting to know him.  And they haven't stopped loving him and holding him since!  What good helpers I have!

My parents flew into Dallas before heading back to Russia the next day so we were all so happy they got to meet Talmage.

Our sweet bishop and his counselor, also our home teacher and friend, came for a visit in the hospital.  It was fun to see them!
Getting ready to go home...30 hours after birth.
I could not wait to get out of the hospital and be with my family!
 Cute little Talmage!
Shelley is such an amazing helper!  She could hold her little brother all day long and is such a natural little mama.  Elsie is also totally in love with Talmage.  She calls him "bomage" and refers to him as "my broder, my bomage" all day long.  It's adorable.  She also loves to hold, tickle, touch, pat, and give him all the attention in the world.  How blessed he is to have such adoring sisters!

I am totally in love with my little guy!  It has been awhile since I had a little baby boy and I am loving kissing those little soft cheeks and seeing this little guy plump up.  He really is a piece of heaven in our family.
He is only two weeks old and already gained more than a pound from his birth weight.
We love you, Talmage!  You are a blessing to our little family!
