road kill

because we had to eat on the road a lot, i often fed jorgen in the car. the last time i fed him solids(luckily) was at the church, after our last meeting. the bid was pretty dirty so we put it on top of the car so i could wipe it off after i nursed jorgen. well, after never came. later on that night, i had an 'oh no' moment. i realized that we never retreived the bib and i was so bummed because that meant i'd have to buy a new one (if you read one of my earlier posts, this bib was included in my top five items that are must haves for babies). i accepted the loss, but early this morning (our flight to come back to slc, was at 6am, so i'm talking REALLY early this morning, around 4am) we decided to drive by the church because it was on the way to the airport and we found the bib. it wasn't in the church parking lot like we thought, it fell off on the street near the church and it had suffered a serious beating (the bib used to be yellow). we had a good laugh at the bib's expense and decided to take some pictures. i guess we left our mark in palo alto.
