It has begun

That is correct, we have official introduced Jorgen to Thomas the Train. A huge thanks to Shanda for being so kind to hand the beloved train set to Mckenzie and for Mckenzie for handing them down to me! I guess ultimately we are all grateful to our parents for giving Mackinnon such a long lasting, not to mention addicting, toy set that will last through all of the cousins. Jorgen doesn't yet realize who Thomas is but I have no fear that he soon will know. Maybe when he realizes his first name is Thomas too (something his Thomas-obsessed cousins thought was so cool). I set up the trains for the first time today and he was in heaven. He loves cars and tracks so this was even more exciting because he has never played with trains before (was I depriving my son before?). His favorite so far is the little white helicopter, Harold. I should have know he would chose the closest toy to an airplane because he loves airplanes (that probably has to do with the fact that we live smack in the center of three major airport's flying zones). I'm sure more updates will come on Thomas and his friends as Jorgen learns how to set up the tracks himself....a long step considering he likes to break up the tracks I make him and put them in his mouth (molars are coming in:D).
