The Good Samaritan

Each week for Family Home Evening we do 'scripture pictures'. We have the Gospel Art Kit and it has been such a great resource for our FHEs. We choose a different picture each week to teach to Jorgen and Shelley. Tonight's FHE picture was The Good Samaritan. After teaching Jorgen and Shelley about the scriptural account, Justin had the idea that we should reenact the event.

Shelley was the first victim. Jorgen was the Good Samaritan and he loved helping Shelley to safety. He took it kind of seriously. It was fun to watch.

I think Shelley had fun too, especially once she was safe and sound in her play mat.
Next was Jorgen's turn. He really got into character, my little entertainer!
I was so sad to see him hurt:)
I guess Jorgen takes after Justin with his acting skills.
Justin is so creative and fun!

The kids used to love charades and Craig was expert at Book of Mormon charades......good for you on the FHE! You two are the best parents. Lots of love to all four of you!
