Cranberry Obsession

Isn't she a beauty!?! I've been wanting to make this lovely cake for a couple weeks and had the perfect opportunity this past weekend for a Christmas party. I thought it turned out so good and the best part is the hidden layer of cranberries inside the cake! Delicious! I also added cranberries on the side for extra topping. Moving to our new place has had several perks, one of which is the magazines that are still coming here for the previous tenants, two are cooking magazines and I've used a few of the recipes in them already. Fun! I love cooking and baking and trying new recipes!
