Shelley is THREE

Really though, it feels like Shelley has been three for awhile. Now she's legit.
She has grown leaps and bounds this past year!
We love her dearly and could not imagine our family without her sweet and silly personality in it.

She got a cupcake sans frosting for breakfast.
We try to put a candle in anything and everything on each child's birthday. It is so fun singing Happy Birthday all day long.
After she ate breakfast, we headed outside to see a surprise on our front lawn.
Here is her reaction caught on camera...
Then she made this face to imitate it...
And now you can see why!
Our sweet neighbors let us borrow their blow up birthday cake.
Shelley thought is was such a fun surprise!
After we got cleaned up, we went outside again to show her her last present (she got other things at her birthday party a few weeks back but we were saving this for the big day).
She was THRILLED to get a bike! She had been begging to ride Jorgen's the last few weeks and she had no idea I already bought a bike at a garage sale and it was hiding in the attic. She picked up riding it like she had been doing it forever. She loves to ride up and down our street with Jorgen.

Our neighbors brought over a very thoughtful gift, a pillow pet. We love our neighbors! Jorgen and Shelley have been wanting pillow pets since they first saw one so many months ago. Shelley was super excited to have her own and she sleeps on it every night! Jorgen is really hoping he gets so lucky on his birthday!
While the kids rode bikes, this cute little bean played in the grass.
We then had the neighbor friends over for a couple of games and cupcakes.
Jorgen and Shelley play with Tristan, Jordan, and Mira almost daily. It has been a huge blessing living by such fabulous families with wonderful children.
We played pin the binky on the baby...
And Shelley, on her own, stuck the binky right on Jorgen's mouth. Everyone was laughing so hard at that, especially Jorgen!

Happy Birthday to ShelleyBell!
I made cupcakes and put babies on top and hid babies in some of the cupcakes for fun. The kids thought it was pretty exciting having a surprise in their cupcakes.

Then Tutu and Grandpa wecammed with Shelley while she opened her present.
She loves her dollhouse additions!
We then took Shelley to Build a Bear so she could spend her birthday money. Our girl was happy, to say the least!

Jorgen helped wash 'Sally'. The air was a little loud for Shelley.
She decided to pick out a bear carrier instead of clothes and she looks like a little mommy! What a cutie pie! I think the carrier will come in handy at home with all of her babies, too!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHELLEY ELIAH!
We love you a million, a million, a million!
(her favorite phrase lately when she tells her Daddy how much she loves him)

On a side note, this is Shelley right before we went to a "Royal Wedding Party". We both wore head pieces to celebrate!

And our little Elsie is such a charmer!

One night after the older two went to bed, Justin and I just spent time with Elsie and she loved it.
She randomly started crawling over to Justin and giving him the most tender hugs. It just melted his heart. It was really so adorable and sweet. Justin just ate it up!

And here she is being crazy on the rocking motorcycle. If you could only hear the sound that was coming out of her mouth!
