This year was the first year we had to hold the contest without the rest of the extended family. We missed Nathan and Papa's big win!
The Contestants:
D Will to Boozer / Go Jazz
&
Daddy football/basketball
The contest started out rough for me when Prego lost the first roll to Go Jazz. But it was worth it because I got lots of slobbery (zoom in on my nose) kisses and hugs from Jorgen!&
Daddy football/basketball
Jorgen tried to turn the rolling contest into a throwing contest - no casualties to our contestants but it was a close call. Da-da put a good dent in The Many Faces of Mommy and I was out of the contest! Da-da also proved to be a tough egg when competing against Daddy Football/Basketball and Flower Power.
The final match was between the beloved Da-da and Go Jazz!
The results: Go Jazz not only cracked but also demolished Da-da!
GO JAZZ!

Fun Fun, that is such a cute idea, you have so many fun things and do fun things thanks for the pictures. Love you all
i think you definitely have a ball player in the family - look at that wrist action on jorgen's throw! love you - looks like you had lots of fun!
WOW sounds like quite the event!! I must have to start this as one of my Easter traditions, so much fun!! I love to crack eggs and so do the kids. they will love this.
Looks like fun and not as massive as ours with 19 contestants! Jorgen looks older and his hair is so thick and longer. Handsome guy. I am supposed to be packing for our trip to DC so I better get back on task! Love you all.
I love the picture with the egg in mid air! Great shot. And, way to go Jazz!
Hilarious, just hilarious!
so fun. i love jorgen's facial expressions.
We do one of these every year too. Our friends introduced us to it a few years ago and now we're hooked. We plan to continue the tradition with our family in years to come! PS Jorgen is to DIE for! How cute is he?!?
Definitely fun! Our family stopped rolling/racing the eggs a few years ago, and started egg "golfing" instead. It's brilliant -although probably geared at kids that are a bit older. We take the hardboiled, decorated eggs out to a hill in a park, line them up and smack them with golf clubs! They don't actually fly too far because they kind of explode, but that's the fun part!!!
I'm totally stealing this tradition!!! Logan is so excited for next year already. Thanks! You look great btw!
I think Jorgen gets cuter everyday! I love the egg rolling contest and all the fun names for the eggs! You guys are too cute!
I like the naming of the eggs concept. Will have to try it next year!
