Justin brought me home flowers! Yesterday was one of those days that flowers would make anything and everything better. To really appreciate the joy behind me receiving flowers, you need to know something about us. Early on in our marriage, I told Justin that since flowers are so expensive he couldn't buy me flowers until we make more money (which probably won't be for a long time:D). He has, however, managed to listen to his wife's request and give me flowers anyway. The trick...he finds them for free. He has surprised me with a rose here and there that he somehow got from somewhere. Yesterday Justin happened to drive to work, something he has only done twice in the last nine months, and because he had our car there, he was able to bring home a beautiful arrangement of flowers that Stanford had used at some event that day and they were going to be discarded. Some may think receiving second-hand flowers a joke - but I LOVE IT! It makes the story behind it so much more exciting and charming, I think.
I sure love my husband! Thank you again for making my day!

Those flowers are gorgeous!! I don't think second hand flowers are a joke at all!! I think it's sweet that he did that for you! Cleary, he was thinking about you and that is adorable! =) Yeah for Justin- we all love you!!!
