Look-a-likes, Laughter, and Love

Shelley has a little friend named Isabel. They are two weeks apart and live a few doors down. It just so happens that they both have the same hand-me-down outfit so we finally took a picture of the two of them together in it. Look for more pictures to come with the two of them together...we are planning a first birthday bash for the two of them. I cannot wait! I think another monkey cake is in the plans too:)

We love our little ShellsBells! She is so much fun and always makes us smile and laugh. She has been playing this funny game, a spin off of her normal peek-a-boo game. If she cannot see you, she tilts her head sideways as far as she can to try and spot you and then keeps on doing it over and over again as long as you keep hiding. It is darling! The way she tilts her head and stays balanced is a serious skill! Justin tried to capture it with the camera but it didn't work very well...maybe because we have to be hiding first for her to do it and then it is very tricky trying to take a focused picture while popping out from behind whatever you are hiding behind to see her.

Jorgen is so full of energy and excitement for, well, anything! Everything is a game or a race to him. It sure makes our lives interesting! If I am playing with Shelley, he HAS to be involved! Whenever she is sitting on my stomach, he either climbs on behind her and we do a very bumpy horsey ride or lately we play blast off. It is so funny! He lays on my legs while they are in bent position and I say 'blast off' and send him flying onto the couch. He thinks it is the greatest! I end up being a little sore after a few trips to the couch so I don't mind playing it either;) The best part though is how much they both laugh while watching each other. They cannot get enough of one another! It makes me so happy!

On Valentines Day, Justin and Jorgen woke up to heartgot heart-shaped pancakes with kiwi in a heart-shaped bowl and Jorgen helped me make little hearts that were filled with some of the many reason why I love his sweet daddy! It was a fabulous morning!

I love those brown eyes! Cute pictures. Even Justy looks cute with his pancakes. Emi has some more variations on "blast off" that I'm sure she'd share with you! Today, Annie, after staring intently in the mirror, kept trying to tell me that she has brown eyes just like Jorgen! XXOO

You are seriously such an awesome mom and wife, Bren!! Justin, Jorgen, and Shelley are so very lucky to have you (as I'm sure you feel the same way about them). XOXOX!
