A lot to talk about...

What do you do on a warm day on campus?
Fountain hop!
We met Justin on campus and enjoyed dipping our feet and playing around in the water.
Jorgen had a blast swimming around in the water!
What handsome boys!
And Justin always makes everything more exciting and fun!
Jorgen loved jumping to Daddy!
Shelley did not want to get on her swimsuit and splash around but did dip her feet. A special snack of fishies was more appealing to her! Cute girl!
Elsie is as cute as ever!!
She loves munching on her fingers!
Jorgen just finished a two week swimming class (eight lessons) and had the best time. He learned a lot and just loves swimming and playing in the water!
Shelley loved watching her big brother swim and also loved exploring the pool area.
My favorite picture! She is so funny!
The biggest news of the week is that SHELLEY TURNED 2!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHELLEY ELIAH!
We love her so much and are so blessed to have her in our family!
Shelley loves life and being the star of the show. She thinks she is so funny and we cannot get enough of her big smiles and darling little laugh.
Shelley loves to ride her trike and swing on swings. Her favorite thing at the park lately is a rope swing, she hangs and twists around on it nonstop!
Shelley is a talker! She is always talking, singing, and just jabbering. She has quite the vocabulary and we love hearing her talk, talk, talk.
She loves her older brother and is always following him around and adores her little sister and often gives her kisses and hugs.
Babies are a big part of this little lady's life. She can often be found with a baby in tow.
I could go on and on about how much we love Shelley.
She is such a doll!

We put candles in her oatmeal and sang to her for breakfast and she thought that was so fun!
Then for lunch she got another song and more candles!
Here Shell is gearing up for her present from Jorgen...she is SO excited!
Jorgen made her a bouquet of flowers with her name spelled out on them :)

Remember this cake? I made a monkey cake for Jorgen's second birthday and decided to make it a tradition for every second birthday for each of our children. It is ALWAYS a hit! Shelley LOVED it! When we brought it out to show her, she just giggled with excitement. It was so cute!

Here she is blowing out her candles!
They could not resist sticking their fingers in the monkey's hair!
Two peas in a pod!
Shelley got her first really girlie dress from Nana and Papa (Justin's parents) and it is just adorable! She wore it on Mother's Day and it was just so darling on her! She looked so grown up!
Grandma Dixie and Grandpa Tom came to help us celebrate Shelley's birthday. Shelley and Jorgen just love them and we have been so blessed to have them so close these past three years!
Hugs and kisses for our adopted grandparents.

Justin is responsible for most of the cute candid shots of our children!
He can always get the best shots! This one is so darling of our little Elsie Kay!
We discovered a new game on what used to be an unused swing on our patio....Jorgen sits in it and I twist him around so many times and then let go....O wow, it almost makes me sick watching him but he cannot get enough!
This picture does not do his speed justice. The boy goes so fast!
And lastly, our little newborn is growing up too fast! Elsie is so cute! She had her one month check up and she is 97% in weight and height! What a girl!

Like sister, like sister...
Elsie really found her thumb! She has not found it since but we are secretly hoping she is a thumb sucker like her big sister, Shelley! It is so nice when babies can self sooth so easily.
Elsie is five weeks old today and we have just five weeks left until GRADUATION! We cannot believe two years at Stanford is almost over!
