Solids

Elsie started solids!
Here is what she thought of her first bite.

Here are Jorgen and Shelley teaching her to say "ahh" or "open wide".

Jorgen really wanted to try and feed her and did a great job.
Look how hard he is concentrating!

Shelley also did famously trying to feed her.

Especially once she learned to keep the spoon away from Elsie's sticky fingers!

After the first feeding we realize how ready this sweet baby girl was for solids.
She was all smiles!

She looks so old in this picture to me. My baby cannot grow up. I will not let her!

Elsie,
You are the sweetest, most content little lady. We all love you so much and cannot get enough of your curiosity and love for life. You love watching your siblings and giggle at them whenever they come by and say hi. You are such a sweetheart. I just wanted you to know that.
