missing

the case of the missing camera:

exactly one week ago, we went to the downtown palo alto arts festival. we looked at pictures, jewelry, art, clothing, sculptures, and many more interesting things. jorgen got THREE balloons! (mainly because he would play with each balloon and chew on them and eventually each one deflated....anyone that was giving away free balloons would see cute little jorgen without one and offer another...fun game for jorgen!). on the way home, there was a neighborhood bash going on near our apartment and we decided to stop by. they had the local fire truck and some of the fire fighters there giving tours of the fire truck and then there was tons of food...as we walked through the party, we quickly realized that this was not just any neighborhood party, it was a group of close friends, celebrating something and suddenly we felt very sheepish. i was tempted to sneak a little something from the dessert table but my guilt got in the way and we quicky made our way through the crowd and back to our car. well, my trusty little camera was with us on this fun hansen outting, it was definitely put to use....however, the last recollection i have of our camera was after we got into our car the last time. i had it in my hands at that moment...whatever happened to it in the car ride home and thereafter is a complete mystery! i can't find it anywhere! really...ANYWHERE! i've looked everywhere and i fail in my search each time. so sad. so dissapointing. so discouraging. what am i to do? i guess the reason for this post is to let you all (all the millions of you who read my blog:D) know that i am not neglecting my blog because i don't have the desire anymore...it is because i have no camera to mark and record what this wonderful life brings. i will search again tomorrow and hopefully (if i am faithful enough) it will turn up. wish me luck!
