Many of you know about Jorgen's obsession with Thomas the train. We spend a good part of each day play with trains, reading about trains, telling each other stories about trains, and I'm sure Jorgen dreams about trains. Today we made the coolest train track, incorporating wood tracks, with his Thomas tracks and accessories and also making a huge tunnel out of big blocks. I was quite happy with it and Jorgen thought it was fantastic! It's interesting how I am fulfilled by very different things than I used to be prechildren: Jorgen being the #1 potty trainer, Shelley being so chatty and adorable, any moment we get to spend with Justin, making super cool train tracks, having a clean home, making yummy dinners, seeing my children play together, and just basically making my family happy. I have the most wonderful family and the best life!
Check out our cool track...oh, and the totally unattractive, not to mention strange, picture of me is Jorgen taking a shot at photography. I thought it would be fun to include one of his first pictures (using our expensive camera). Next time I think I will do my hair and sit rather than squat:)

I wouldn't say you are slacking on the post updates. You are awesome compared to me. And don't even get started about commenting. I have turned awful!! You guys are the cutest parents. I love it! I can't wait to get train tracks going for Jaden. I thought of buying an Ikea set...but I'm holding out until EVERYTHING does not go into his mouth. :)

How fun! I am excited for when Troy gets a little older and we can get into the boys stuff. For now we play princess and dress up all day long. Which I love.

Now that is a track and I must say over Christmas I got some practice building tracks myself but this one gets the prize....I want to play!
