Jorgen absolutely loves doing Body Combat with me! He always asks if we can do 'kicks and punts'. The funny thing is that he actually does do it with me, for a few tracks at least. He enjoys it so much and I figure it's good for his little tank of a body to get in the habit of working out. Especially if it means we can do it together. Today Jorgen wanted to wear a headband like I was wearing. I think we made a pretty intimidating pair (the tye dye shirt definitely adds to the toughness effect!)! What do you think?

Scary. Just plain scary. I'm scared to come home from work today.
In last picture, apparently Jorgen is doing the "slap myself in the face diversion"...you think he's hurt so you relax your guard. But that's when he pulls the body attack "fists of fury" and takes you out. Don't fall for that one.
yay im glad that jorgen likes it too. Im glad you are putting those to good use :D. Now I just need to send them all to mom as well. I love all the pictures. They are way cute.
Jorgen looks like he is an aerobic instructor!
jorg's the man! what a stud! somebody has to be ready to protect that cute little shelley from all the boys! glad he's getting an early start in his training!
TOTALLY LOVE IT!! Ok, so you guys look like hard core rockers from the 80's. I am digging the tye-dye shirt.
you guys look great! and i like the "slap myself in the face diversion" description! Justin's hilarious! Love all the other pictures too. We tried to convince Miles and Siena to come up this way to visit. They said they'd love to, but decided to put it off until they get back...you know...in a year or two! So sad we didn't get to se eyou guys in UT when we saw lots of family, but we hope that you guys are doing well.
Hey Bren,
Jorgen is getting so big! What a cutie! I love seeing your blog and seeing what you are up to! Hope you are doing well, I'd love to hear from you!
Jorgen looks too "cool" and definitely tough....what a guy. Mom is pretty as a picture. Can't wait to see you soon.
I love it! Ive heard tales of the boot camp workouts with Jorgen, but this is impressive. So hard core, I love it!
