This darling little dress and shoes is from a good friend of mine (from elementry school), Cindy. Isn't it the cutest little dress! It comes with a matching hat too! What could be cuter than a matching dress, hat and shoes? ... My little miss Shelley wearing them of course! Thanks, Cindy!!!!!
